The North West Tower

The North West Tower or "Corner Tower", is at the junction where White Lion Street meets the South Parade.

Sheltered within the walls at this point is the De Valence Pavilion, named after William De Valence the 13th Century Earl of Pembroke. The current structure, built in 1974, replaced what was known as the "De Valence Gardens" which was constructed in 1904. William De Valence granted the first charter to Tenby in c.1290.
